Will the DVD play in my country?
Our DVDs are not region encoded, which means that they play on all players worldwide.
A large selection of our films are available as downloadable files. These are MP4 files that tend to play on almost all devices such as laptops, computers and tablets/ipads. When you have placed your order and have paid, you will be sent a confirmation email where you can find the link to the downloadable film. A 90 minute film typically is around 2GB, shorter films have smaller files.
Recently there have been a few issues with Macs and iPad – some of the more recent models will only allow downloads from the iTunes store. If you install the following app: The Unarchiver https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/the-unarchiver/id425424353?mt=12 you should be able to download your purchases onto your iPad and Mac.

How much does delivery cost?
Postage is calculated on the basis of your country of delivery. When you supply your address details, the postage costs will be updated.
Where can you deliver to?
We accept orders from all over the world. If a product is not for sale in a certain country (yet), we will always make sure this is noted in the product description.
How long does delivery take?
In the UK, parcels are sent via First Class Royal Mail. Packages sent by this method are usually received within 1-2 working days from dispatch, subject to availability.
Internationally, we use airmail, and typically it takes around 4-5 days to destinations in Europe, 5-7 working days to North America and 7-10 days to the Rest of the World, with the exception of busy times like Christmas.
We ask that you wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before reporting any item as undelivered.
Orders received before 4pm on working days are normally sent out that day, with the exception of very busy times.

When will you respond to my enquiry?
Our office hours are working days between 9 and 5.30, with the exception of the Christmas period (our office is closed between 23 December and 3 January) and bank holidays. We always try to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can.
